You choose what shows
Housewizz starts with the essentials on. Switch any tool on or off, turn it off for a site you don't use, or hide the card entirely and keep just the price history. It remembers your choices.

Help build your own area
Portals only show a home as it is today. Housewizz remembers. Every home you view adds its price and status to a shared history, so the picture of your street fills in as more people use it.
It's new and experimental. Some areas will be thin at first and some numbers will be rough. The more it's used, the better it gets, for you and for everyone looking nearby.
- Working todayPrice history on homes you view, sold prices, previous sales, exact address, negotiation signal, costs and every area check.
- Growing as people joinShared price history, relistings and fallen-through sales spotted by others, and what homes in your area really sell for against asking.
- Never sharedWho you are or what you searched. Only the property's price, dates and status.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Everything, Pro included, is free during early access. After launch the core stays free and Pro becomes a paid option for heavier users. Founding members who invite one friend keep Pro for life.
Can I turn things off?
Yes. Every tool has its own switch in the extension menu, and you can choose which sites it runs on or hide the card altogether.
How is the data shared?
When you view a listing, Housewizz notes its asking price and status. When others view the same home, the history builds up. Nothing identifies you. The shared part is new, so today your own history works fully and the community layer grows as people join.
Is the negotiation signal advice?
No. It's a summary of public information: how long a home has been listed, price cuts we've seen and recent sold prices nearby. It says nothing certain about what a seller will accept.
How does it know the exact address?
It compares the listing with the government EPC register and Land Registry sales. When it's unsure, it says so, and you can pick the right address yourself.
Which browsers does it work in?
Any browser built on Chromium that supports Chrome extensions: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, Dia, Opera and Vivaldi among them. It works on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. Firefox and Safari may follow.
Is it affiliated with Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket?
No. Housewizz is an independent tool. Those names belong to their owners.
